We assess each roof on an individual basis, as roofs in the UK have many different tile shapes and materials. Some can be pressure washed with low pressure and heat, some need to be scraped by hand, and others simply just need a biocidal treatment.

Once the moss is removed from your roof, depending on the cleaning process used, you can leave it as is, or you have the option to either have your roof treated with a biocide to kill of any remaining algae or tiny bits of moss remaining, or, have it soft washed. This process kills off any remaining moss and algae, but also restores the original colour of the tiles.

We do not offer a sealing or roof coating service as we feel this is unnecessary. It increases the cost and offers little or no benefit to the roof.

After any moss removal or treatment is completed, all gutters are cleared and unblocked; any mess is cleared up, including walls rinsed down if needed, and any splashed windows cleaned with pure water through a water-fed pole and brush.
